Refund Policy

  1. Only those damaged or defective products will be considered for refunds which are notified to us within 1-2 hours of delivery.
  2. Cancellation of orders by Business customers will not be accepted as products are dispatched in bulk. Thus, not applicable for refunds.
  3. If the required product is unavailable due to out-of-stock, we will inform the customer via an e-mail and initiate a refund request from our end.
  4. In cases wherein, the returned product is not damaged or defective, we will inform the customer and re-ship the same product to their address wherein customers will have to bear the shipping charge.
  5. The amount will not be refunded in case an opened or damaged box and issues related to size or colour.
  6. If an order is placed and then cancelled due to lack of inventory or shipment or otherwise. The amount will be refunded to the client.
  7. Refund of a product will not take place, when the customer is unhappy with the physical appearance of the product.
